Check in was easy and my suite was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Great location so close to Paddington station yet quiet and relaxing.

Well located and good customer service

Our stay started with a room that had a bad sewer smell, and due to the hotel being full, we had to stay in that room the first night. The following day, however, staff arranged a different room for us and moved our bags while we were out for the day. The remainder of our stay was very pleasant and we appreciated staff's ability to accommodate the room change as soon as possible.

We had a brilliant stay, so close to Paddington, Lancaster Gate stations and Hyde Park and a pretty garden just outside. Bella Italia was great too, lovely service and food both for evening and breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean, our room was on the ground floor. We will definitely be back.

Poor check in experience. Hotel smelled. Over priced for ability.

The lobby smelled like sewage, the hallways smelled like weed, and the fridge didn’t work and ruined the food we had. Pretty unhappy for what we paid for it

We have investigated the smell you mentioned and found it to be due to a blocked drainage in front of the hotel. This issue has since been resolved, and we assure you that such incidents are rare and not reflective of our usual standards. Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment, and we take such matters very seriously. Had this been reported to the reception, we would have immediately investigated and addressed the issue. Regarding the fridge, we regret the inconvenience caused. Our reception is always at your service for any issues, and we would have promptly replaced the fridge had we been informed. Please note that the minibar is primarily designed for storing soft drinks, water, and some fruits, and may not be suitable for all types of food.
