returning to this beautiful resort, as a returnee I often wonder how they manage to maintain such a high standard , each and every visit, food is good, coffee is good, service is amazing, location is great , great swimming pools, great massages. the staff are so very attentive, and really appreciate return guests, why would you go anywhere else. this resort has it all, all the staff are amazing, especially the guest relations staff Lia, fortuna and Lady, also the Pause café is the best café in bali, great staff as well,

The room and resort are beautiful. My family spent time at 2 hotels, firstly 4 star Kuta Townhouses (can't fault). Novotel cost $400 per night there and never offered some basics. Online priority check-in was offered by email which I did n was a waste of time as on arrival it took 15 minutes, had to retrieve passports from our packed suitcases, present credit card and complete paperwork. Were no compatible power sockets, we had 4 mobile phones we couldn't charge. Breakfast was mostly Asian cuisine and lacked for children. Huge cue for coffee as the 2 machines were constantly in cleaning mode. Room service expensive, 2 burgers n fries, 2 shakes, 4 beers withc charges n tax cost over $100 AUD. No milk for coffee making but called room service who delivered a small 200ml cup milk. Kitchen only had 1 power outlet for 3 appliances. No Hair conditioner. Complaints were lodged about us being noisy n reception phoned us to say our voices were too loud with sound of happy chats n laughter, there was no party just having fun in our backyard pool.

We stayed at Novotel for first trip to Bali, family of 5, our 2 year old daughter has sever Ceoliac Disease and extremely sensitive with any cross contamination, we brought our own food to be able to make her meals as to not get sick but this was not needed at all,the staff and chef could not have been more fantastic, they made her meals to suit her allergies also to look as similar as possible to what the rest of the table had, we were absolutely blown away with happiness, we could not thank them enough for how wonderful they were, not once did she have a flare up from food, can't speak highly enough of all the staff and the chef for how they went above and beyond to make a nervous mum and dad relax and see that we can travel with our little one and be able to enjoy a great family holiday, we have already decided that we will be going back next year to stay but next time it has to be 10 days not 7 ! Thank you so much all at Novotel Nusa Due for making a first time trip outside of Australia memorable and happy.

Good hotel for kids and we’ll maintained. Unfortunately the food let the hotel down. The food came out cold and the wait staff had no idea what we were ordering. The room service kept forgetting parts of the order and food was cold by the time it reached the room.

Our experience was a good one with all staff very welcoming. The room was great bathroom huge very clean. Bar and food outlets were very good and the 2 pools and seating areas plentiful. We appreciate that the resort is family focused but it was rediculous at times with screaming children around our room , in the breakfast area and particularly in the pool areas. Perhaps the bottom pool could be adults only? Being an older age and looking for a pleasant relaxing holiday means we probably will not return.

Our third time at Novotel Nusa Dua and it was ok but has been better in the past The main issue was the room (1208) had issues. We had to call the engineer a few times as the running the hob, overhead fan and AC together meant the fuse kept tripping and the electricity would cut out The room itself needed some updating and general maintenance The staff at Novotel Nusa dua are great but a few times the kitchen staff let us down We had specific dietry requirements and even after confirming twice they still made mistakes. Previously this was not an issue hence the reason we came back to this hotel We may give the Novotel a break now and try a different hotel the next time we are in Bali

The breakfasts were amazing with an amazing selection & constantly replenished. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool was fabulous. The bed was very hard & quite uncomfortable and the bathroom had a few leaking issues.

We stayed in Novotel Nusa Dua for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall it was a wonderful stay there. We loved the room's layout and spaciousness, although some of the furniture was a bit old. The breakfast choices and tastes were outstanding. The pool and facilities (Kids Club, Bike rental, Beach) were also great, although the beach is not that close to the hotel. And the staff were quite attentive, kind and helpful (special thanks to Mr. Arya-if I'm not mistaken-for being such a friendly and helpful staff). Although we had a very pleasant stay at Novotel, there're some improvement that can be done such as renovation of the furniture and training of some staffs that seems to be a bit ignoring my son (esp.staffs in kids club). I don't want to have a bad prejudice about it, but I think it's because he's the only local guest there. (for example, when they had a Balinese dress up, my son is the only one that almost didn't wear the costume. I had to ask them to get him dressed up) Overall, it was a great experience to stay there and we will keep in mind to stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. Thanks!

Nice spacious 2 bedroom suite for family of 4. Rooms could use refresh, some walls and floors run down. Food at property decent but affordable food at nearby shopping area. Convenience store nearby. Some noisy drunk guests stay out late until 2 am in patio areas but most guests are families. Staff are friendly.

We rented one of the privately owned penthouse suites. It was a lovely stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds were very well maintained and the swimming pool was a good size. We has two young kids and we could see where they were in the pool all the time. The staff were excellent, always saying hello and on hand to help. Thank you
