Excellent Position

I came in Prague to run the HalfMarathon and I've casually chosen this Hotel by the way everything has been amazing. The hotel position is perfect to enjoy Prague city center, rooms are perfect to recharge yourself before the race and others hotel services like breakfast and wellness are able to satisfy all your needs.

The staff of the hotel (check in, bar) is great and lovely. The WIFI speed is unacceptable for 2024, just 10mb. The room size was 15 sqm. I've been a loyal guest of Accor for the past 12 years, and have visited this specific hotel 4 times. No upgrade was offered. When I asked about it, I was told that the hotel is fully booked. A quick look at the app showed more vacancies, so why lie about it? The housekeeping came everyday at 16:30, although we were out of the room earlier. When we asked for 5 minutes to leave the room, we received a grumpy face. We stayed here for 3 nights, and the night before we spent at the Marriott (a 3 minute walk). The price per night was the same, and at the Marriott the smallest room was 22 sqm and the WIFI speed was 100mb. You should really need to start treating your loyal guests a bit better. Unfortunately, right now I have no reason to choose this hotel when coming to Prague.

The mattresses were very lumpy and we could to sleep well. The room temperature control was not working and the room got very hot at night. On complaining we were asked to open the window. Carpets were very shabby. Billing was incorrect. Overall a very mediocre experience.

We felt very welcomed by the personnel at the reception and in the restaurant, the food was excellent, the cocktails amazing and the room and the hallways were always spotless.
