Poor stay and not at the level of the cost

When I arrived in the hotel there was a bad smell toilet in the lobby ( and this happened on other days too). Room that would need a refurbishing with dirty carpet. Hair dryer broken that were rattling when used. Asked to the desk assistant to have it changed but nothing happened (And this happened on Thursday morning). Impossible to make the check out the evening before. Given all the details for the express check out ( CC already given at the beginning of the stay). When leaving I have been stopped saying that I had to pay. I was very disappointed because what was the aim of the express check out then? To waste time the evening before and the morning of the check out? Next time in Strasburg I will go for a different hotel for sure.

The staff at this Mercure was very friendly and very helpful on this business trip. Wissal was so helpful to me and spoke perfect English. The hotel is centrally located in the city center but on a quiet street. My room was spacious and clean, it was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

This hotel definitely needs some refreshments (bathroom condition and equipment were far from the expectation of this brand level). Except this, all my experience was absolutely wonderful. Location was very convenient, bed was dreamy comfortable, I liked the breakfast and I just loved the team, especially FO, who were helping me with all issues and were so helpful and welcoming… FB staff was also lovely. I would 100% consider to stay again here if I come back to Strasbourg. Love from Moscow <3
